I had an extremely upsetting experience at this truck repair shop. During my visit, I felt humiliated and disrespected by members of the staff. They laughed at my English accent and made me feel uncomfortable because of my skin color. No customer should ever be treated this way. I came to this business expecting professional service, but instead I experienced behavior that I found disrespectful and discriminatory. The comments and laughter made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. Regardless of a person’s background, language, or appearance, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will not be returning. Specially when I went to the front desk to ask the girl about my repair ETA, she gave me attitude and told me she is not a mechanic and to ask him. When I asked the mechanic he said I was supposed to ask the girl. They both looked at me, mumbling and laughing at me. I felt very uncomfortable about their unprofessional behavior. Public service professionals shouldn't act like that. I don’t know their name but today date is 22 June it’s happened 10 a clock in the morning

I stop at this TA location frequently and have had a solid experience. The mechanics work at a slower pace, but they’re thorough and make sure the job is done right. Night shifts typically have one dedicated mechanic, so patience is key. This stop also offers full amenities — including a barbershop, massage chairs, and more — making it a convenient place to reset while your truck is being serviced, plenty of parking but you should still plan accordingly.

I loved this TA, super organized, clean, the flower decoration everywhere, and everything new, the employees friendly, there should be a competition between TA and Petros, I would give this one 100/100...

The facility is very clean...the ladies are very active in maintaining that level of cleanliness...the laundry area has only one out of many dryers working so be prepared to wait to dry your clothes after washing. The service department was very competent the ladies and gentlemen in command really respect and value the time of drivers and the companies they represent. Got in early and back on the road. Thanks....now order more hot dogs!!! 😀

This TA is the STANDARD for excellence! Cleanest, and most comfortable truck stop I’ve ever been to. I stopped in for DOT inspection truck service. The truck service team was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my service. After I was scheduled I just walked around to wait and every inch of this place is pleasing to the eyes, ears, and nose. The restrooms felt like I was in a country club! I actually saw people working and doing their jobs! Everyone was professional from the cleanliness of their uniforms to their speech. Everybody had on gloves! I was blown away. I spoke with them, a special accolades to Mont, and Jazz, they should be promoted or given raises for thier exceptional service. They are a reflection of their leadership so kudos to Ms Vicky the GM and her team, they are the reason this TA is the crown jewel of TA
